When booking the fields you agree to comply with the Conditions of Use set out below:
1. Pennant Hills fields can only be used if a booking has been made in writing and confirmation has been received from the Turf Hire Coordinator.
2. All individuals using the fields need to comply with the code of conduct as set out by Hockey NSW.
3. No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises.
4. Appropriate turf footwear should be worn. No studs.
5. Mouth guards and shin pads are to be used by all players at all times.
6. All vehicles are parked at the owners' risk.
7. No fences should be climbed on or over.
8. All goals that are not being used need to stowed safely in the designated area:
- on Field 1 in the designated goal post storage ares
- on Field 2 the spare goal posts need to be placed behind the goal posts that are being used.
9. All side boards, blocks or any other object needs to be removed from the playing surface after use.
10. Any cancellations:
- Need to be communicated in writing
- Need to made within one week of booking in order to receive a refund
- This does not apply to cancellations due to extreme weather
11. No responsibility will be taken for injuries or damage to property incurred due to negligence or disregard of the above.
